PROJECT MANAGER A minimum of 5 years experience in land development, familiar with local markets and CEQA. A California PE/EIT is a plus. SENIOR CIVIL DESIGNER We are seeking a team member who desires a challenging and demanding work experience while living in an exceptional environment. The ideal candidate is a registered Civil Engineer operating as a SENIOR CIVIL DESIGNER with a minimum of 5 years experience in site design, grading, earthwork, drainage, utility plans, water and street improvements using Autodesk LD. SENIOR PLANNER This position requires experience and knowledge of the land entitlement process in CA including preparation of applications, responses to agency staff reports and conditions of approval, and regulatory permit processes, including preparation and execution of feasibility analysis, entitlement applications for subdivisions, development plans, annexation, etc. A strong understanding of general plans, specific plans and zoning ordinances is necessary. Membership in AICP, degrees in Urban and Regional Planning are preferred. Other desired credentials include strong presentation and written skills, excellent computer skills and knowledge of CEQA, NEPA and related Federal and State agencies.
